Arborlawn UMC Membership Form

We are honored to welcome you as a member of the Arborlawn community of faith. As a new member, there is some information we want to make sure we have correct. Please share your current information by completing this form even if you think we already have it.

The question you will be asked as you join Arborlawn United Methodist Church is, “Will you uphold Arborlawn United Methodist Church with your prayers, your presence, your gifts, your service and your witness?” The answer is, “I will.” (You might have already done this.)

The United Methodist Church accepts and honors baptisms from other United Methodist Churches and all other Christian denominations. In any baptism or confirmation ceremony, a person renounces evil and pledges devotion to Christ. This is a profession of faith.

People join by baptism and profession of faith/confirmation, transfer of membership from another denomination, or by transfer of membership from another United Methodist Church. The communication with previous churches and the transfer of church records and documents is handled by the Arborlawn staff.
