2026-2027 Enrollment
Families interested in attending the Academy for the 2025 school year, please pre-register using the link below. Once your pre-registration is received, we will contact you with availability. If we are unable to offer you a spot at this time, we will add you to the waitlist.
You only need to fill out one form per family. Each submission form has room to list three children.
We are blessed to begin preparing for another year of learning, growth, and Christ-centered teaching. Below are the enrollment dates for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year:
Current Families and Sibling Registration: Opens January 26, 2026 at 8am
Church Member Registration: Opens February 9, 2026 at 8am
New Family Enrollment: Opens February 17, 2026 at 8am
We encourage families to complete enrollment as early as possible, as spaces are limited and tend to fill quickly. All enrollment forms and required deposits will be available through the Academy office or our online portal, Child Pilot.

Tuition & Fees
Tuition: (The yearly tuition is divided into nine equal payments. Tuition is due on the 1st of every month beginning in September.)
2 Days: $335
3 Days: $455
4 Days: $600
5 Days: $735
Registration Fee: $100 (The fee is not charged until a spot is offered and accepted)
Supply Fee: (Charged once yearly. Due June 1)
Full Time Enrollment (4 & 5 days): $550
Part Time Enrollment (2 & 3 days): $275
Extended Time 2pm - 4pm: (reserved monthly and added to tuition)
$18 per day with advance reservations (A discount will be offered for 5 day a week reservations)
$20 per day for drop-in or late registration

Infants, Toddlers & Twos: 2 days (T/TH), 3 days (M,W,F) & 5 days (M-F)
Threes & Pre-K: 3 days (M,W,F), 4 days (M-Th) & 5 days (M-F)
Kindergarten: 5 days
