Register before May 15th, with a $100 deposit, the cost for mission trip will be $350.
If you register after May 15th, the price will go up to $400.
You may turn in cash or check to the front office or Rachel Moraw. If you wish to pay online you may do so below. There is a $5 - $10 fee due to transactions.
Many of you have already completed an Arborlawn Release form for the 2017-2018 school year. If you are unsure, email Rachel at firstname.lastname@example.org and she can let you know either way.
We use Heartwork Missions to find our work and place to stay. Because of this, they require us to fill out a release form for each participant.
Copy of insurance card
We like to have a copy of your insurance card in case of an emergency.
If your student attended Mission Trip last year and your insurance information has NOT changed, then we can use the copy from last year.
