Being Brave is an event designed to empower the women in your community to defeat the power of fear in their lives, quiet the voices that keep them stuck, and live into the fullness of who God made them to be. Through teaching and experiential exercises, this event takes participants on a voyage of discovering the biblical truth found in 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God did not give us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline.” As we explore our BRAVE acronym, participants will discover how to be bold, resilient, authentic, vulnerable, engaged, and empowered. Women who attend our Being Brave event will leave with a deeper connection to God, a closer relationship with other women in our community, and a practical plan to take the next brave step on their journey. Kelly Johnson is the author of, Being Brave: A 40 Day Journey to the Life God Dreams for You. A copy of which is included in your registration fee.
